As remedy is available to the petitioner to file<br \/>\n\tappropriate application before the trial court for implementation of<br \/>\n\tthe compromise arrived at by and between the parties, learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this<br \/>\n\tpetition to file appropriate application before the trial court for<br \/>\n\tthe same.\n<\/p>\n<p>Permission<br \/>\n\tis granted as prayed for. This petition stands disposed of as<br \/>\n\twithdrawn. In the event of the petitioner making appropriate<br \/>\n\tapplication or initiating appropriate proceedings before the trial<br \/>\n\tcourt, trial court will decide the same in accordance with law<br \/>\n\twithout being influenced by this order within one year from the date<br \/>\n\tof filing of the application or initiating proceedings taking into<br \/>\n\tconsideration the status of the petitioner.
