Heard Mr. Chhote Lal Mishra, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner, and Dr. Kumar Uday Pratap Narayan, learned<\/p>\n<p>                  Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner, who is in custody since 2.6.2010 in<\/p>\n<p>                  connection with Sessions Trial No.282 of 2010 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                  Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No.11 of 2010 for the offences under<\/p>\n<p>                  sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant<\/p>\n<p>                  of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  It was submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner that after noticing the dead body on the railway line, a first<\/p>\n<p>                  information    report   against    unknown     was    lodged.    During<\/p>\n<p>                  investigation, on the confession of some of the co-accused, the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner&#8217;s name transpired. It was submitted that co-accused,<\/p>\n<p>                  namely, Prabhu Lal Gupta @ Prabhulal @ Babu Lal Gupta and<\/p>\n<p>                  Gupteshwar Prasad Gupta, on whose confession the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                  made accused, have already been granted bail on 12.10.2010 vide<\/p>\n<p>                  Cr.Misc. No.27741 of 2010. The said fact has been stated in<\/p>\n<p>                  paragraph-9 of the petition. Similarly, it has been submitted that<\/p>\n<p>                  other co-accused, namely, Ramanand Shukla, Vikash Shukla and<\/p>\n<p>                  Sonu Kumar Shukla have been granted bail by this court on<\/p>\n<p>                  14.3.2011 vide Cr. Misc. No.43258 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  In view of the facts and circumstances of the case<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        particularly the fact that number of co-accused persons have been<\/p>\n<p>        granted bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>        furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>        Judge, F.T.C.
