                It appears that in Order no.4 dated 17.08.2010,<\/p>\n
                 names of petitioners no.6 to 14 of Cr.Misc. no. 23995 of<\/p>\n
                 2010 have inadvertently been left out. The petitioners no.6<\/p>\n
                 to 14, viz. Ram Prasad Sah, Hare Kishun Sah, Shatruhan Sah,<\/p>\n
                 Shambhu Sah, Golat Sah @ Goltu Sah, Vijay Sah, Niranjan<\/p>\n
                 Sah, Raghunath Sah, and Guddu Sah, are also directed to be<\/p>\n
                 released on bail on the same terms and conditions as ordered<\/p>\n
                 on 17.08.2010. The aforesaid order dated 17.08.2010 stands<\/p>\n
                 modified to that extent only.\n<\/p>\n
                              The order may be communicated to the Court<\/p>\n
                 below through FAX at the cost of the petitioners.<\/p>\n
