RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  Bail-Application NO.-1814- of 2009\n                       -DATED:- -7-th-April,-2009- -\n                        - - -           -      -\n\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are the accused in Crime No..241 of 2009 of Hosdurg Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for an offence punishable under Sec.498 A read with Sec. 34<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioners and the other circumstances of the case, I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, a<\/p>\n<p>direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station<\/p>\n<p>concerned to release the petitioners on bail for a period of one<\/p>\n<p>month in the event of their arrest in connection with the above case<\/p>\n<p>on each of them executing a bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees twenty<\/p>\n<p>five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No. 1814 of 2009             -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1. Petitioners shall make themselves available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n             and when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2.     Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n             the prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n             tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.     Petitioners shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n             on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.
