Mr. Vijay Prakash, Principal Secretary-cum- Commissioner, Rural\n               Development Department, Government of Bihar, Old Secretariat, Patna\n                                                                  ...Opposite Parties\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3    03-09-2010                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 From the show cause filed on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                      State, it appears that disciplinary proceeding remanded<\/p>\n<p>                      against the petitioner in respect of which this court had<\/p>\n<p>                      passed earlier an order and granted liberty to proceed in<\/p>\n<p>                      accordance with law has been concluded leading to an<\/p>\n<p>                      order against the petitioner under the Bihar Pension<\/p>\n<p>                      Rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The submission advanced on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner is that the authorities have not acted in<\/p>\n<p>                      accordance with law and the final order is, therefore,<\/p>\n<p>                      illegal.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                  No doubt the authorities have caused delay in<\/p>\n<p>        concluding the proceeding and taken beyond nine<\/p>\n<p>        months time which was granted by the Division Bench,<\/p>\n<p>        but for that only we do not want to punish the opposite<\/p>\n<p>        parties. So far as alleged illegality or irregularity is<\/p>\n<p>        concerned, we do not deem it proper to go into the<\/p>\n<p>        relevant issues in exercise of contempt jurisdiction.
