NO.17002 OF 2011\nTURANTI DAS, SON OF LATE ANUP DAS, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE PATORI,\nPOLICE STATION BIHRA, DISTRICT SAHARSA\n                              VERSUS\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                              **********\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    02\/06\/2011              Heard Counsel for the petitioner and the A.P.P.<\/p>\n<p>                  appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner is an accused in a case under<\/p>\n<p>                  Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                  Code. In connection with the case, he has remained in<\/p>\n<p>                  custody since 25.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The allegation against the petitioner is that he<\/p>\n<p>                  is an order giver and there is omnibus allegation against<\/p>\n<p>                  other co-accused of assault, as a result of which, the<\/p>\n<p>                  husband of the deceased died.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the facts aforesaid, the above<\/p>\n<p>                  named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in<\/p>\n<p>                  Bihra Police Station Case No. 105 of 2010 (Sessions Trial<\/p>\n<p>                  No. 92 of 2011) on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                  (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                  to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge I,<\/p>\n<p>                  Saharsa.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Anand                                                  ( Sheema Ali Khan, J. )\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Turanti Das vs The State Of Bihar on 2 June, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.MISC.
