KALYANPUR,\n           DISTRICT EAST CHAMPARAN.\n                              Versus\n                          STATE OF BIHAR\n                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4.   14.7.2010.              Today, when the case was called<\/p>\n<p>                  out,    none         appeared       on     behalf       of     the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner.          Yesterday       i.e.       on    13.7.2010<\/p>\n<p>                  also, when the case was called out, none<\/p>\n<p>                  appeared        on     behalf       of     the       petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  either to press this petition or to make<\/p>\n<p>                  a   prayer      for     adjournment.
