Claims below Rs.25,000\/- have been<br \/>\nquantified as petty claims by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence,<br \/>\nonly on the ground of smallness of the amount involved, the appeal is<br \/>\nnot entertained and is, accordingly, rejected.
