K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN)<\/p>\n<p>1.\tWe<br \/>\nfind no infirmity in the reasons given by the learned Single Judge.<br \/>\nPetitioner has already accepted the offer for surrendering the plot<br \/>\nand allotment of plot at the relocated site.
