Thana Bihpur P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                    01\/2009 for the offences under Section 3 of the R.P.<\/p>\n<p>                    (U.P.) Act, pending in the court of Railway Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                    Magistrate, Khagaria.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               This case is instituted against unknown.<\/p>\n<p>                    Petitioner&#8217;s name emerged during investigation in the<\/p>\n<p>                    extra judicial confession of co-accused. As submitted,<\/p>\n<p>                    simultaneously, he has been requisitioned in three<\/p>\n<p>                    cases.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                    the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                    a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>                    Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                    the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          R.P.F. Thana Bihpur P.S.
