BASANT, J.\n            ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                      B.A. No. 591 OF 2008 F\n            ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n           Dated this the 27th day of February, 2008\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Application      for    anticipatory       bail.     Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>apprehends arrest as accused in crime No.87\/08 of<\/p>\n<p>Kodungallur police station.          Allegations have been raised<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner for offences punishable, inter alia, under<\/p>\n<p>section 3 of the SC and ST (PA) Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The learned Public              Prosecutor submits that<\/p>\n<p>investigation is complete and the police have come to the<\/p>\n<p>conclusion that the allegations are not justified. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is hence not required to be arrested as accused in crime<\/p>\n<p>No.87\/08. Necessary report shall immediately be filed before<\/p>\n<p>the court to inform the court that no further action need be<\/p>\n<p>taken in crime No.87\/08.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    The apprehension of the petitioner is, in these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, found to be without any merit.
