Applications No.6149<br \/>\nand 9711 of 2006 dated 20th June, 2006 and 13th<br \/>\nSeptember, 2006, respectively.\n<\/p>\n<p>(4)\tThe applicant has no<br \/>\ncriminal antecedents.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering the above<br \/>\naspects, the case deserves consideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe application is<br \/>\nallowed and the applicant is ordered to be released on bail in<br \/>\nconnection with Crime Register No.I-332 of   2005  of Kapodara<br \/>\nPolice Station on his executing a bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten<br \/>\nthousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction<br \/>\nof the lower Court and subject to the conditions that he shall<\/p>\n<p>(a)\tnot take undue<br \/>\nadvantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>(b)\tnot act in a manner<br \/>\ninjurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>(c) \tmaintain law and<br \/>\norder;\n<\/p>\n<p>(d)\tmark his presence<br \/>\nbefore the concerned Police Station on 1st  Sunday of<br \/>\nevery odd   numbered English calendar month between 9.00 A.M. and<br \/>\n2.00 P.M.;\n<\/p>\n<p>(e)\tnot leave the State<br \/>\nof Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions Judge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>(f)\tfurnish the address<br \/>\nof his residence at the time of execution of the bond and shall not<br \/>\nchange the residence without prior permission of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIf breach of any of<br \/>\nthe above conditions is committed, the Sessions Judge concerned will<br \/>\nbe free to issue warrant  or to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tBail before the Lower<br \/>\nCourt having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tRule is made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tDirect service is<br \/>\npermitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t[ A.
