1 - Opponent(s)\n \n\n=========================================================\n \nAppearance\n: \nMR\nANAND B GOGIA for\nApplicant(s) : 1, \nMR HS MUNSHAW for Opponent(s) : 1 -\n2. \n=========================================================\n\n\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE A.M.KAPADIA\n\t\t\n\t\n\t \n\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nand\n\t\t\n\t\n\t \n\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE J.C.UPADHYAYA\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 06\/09\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.M.KAPADIA)<\/p>\n<p>By instant contempt petition filed<br \/>\n\tu\/s.12(1)(3) r\/w.Section 2(b) of the Contempts of Court Act,<br \/>\n\tpetitioner has prayed to take severe and strict actions against the<br \/>\n\trespondents for disobedience of the directions given in the common<br \/>\n\toral order dated 4.2.2010 at Annexure A<br \/>\n\tto the petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>At<br \/>\n\tthe time of admission of this petition, Mr.H.S.Munshaw, learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate for the respondents, states that directions contained in<br \/>\n\tthe common oral order dated 4.2.2010 is fully complied with and in<br \/>\n\tthis connection, affidavit in reply has already been filed, which is<br \/>\n\tsworn by respondent No.1 Shri M.M.Jivani, Housing Commissioner,<br \/>\n\tGujarat Housing Board, wherein inter-alia<br \/>\n\tit is stated that all the directions contained in the common oral<br \/>\n\torder dated 4.2.2010 has been complied with.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr.Anand<br \/>\n\tGogia, learned advocate for the petitioner states that it is true<br \/>\n\tthat all the directions contained in common oral order dated<br \/>\n\t4.2.2010 has been fully complied with, including payment of pension,<br \/>\n\tgratuity and PF, however, the details about how the said amount has<br \/>\n\tbeen calculated, has not been supplied to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr.H.S.Munshaw,<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate for the respondents states that respondent No.2 is<br \/>\n\tready to supply the said calculation if the petitioner approaches<br \/>\n\tthe office of respondent No.2 &#8211;
