NARENDRA NARAYAN SINGH\n                                  Versus\n                 THE STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   26.03.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and for<\/p>\n<p>                    the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The submission on behalf of the petitioners in a<\/p>\n<p>                    Complaint Case under Sections 420, 467, 468\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Indian Penal Code is that the allegations themselves<\/p>\n<p>                    disclose a dispute with regard to donation of lands for a<\/p>\n<p>                    school.
