\t\tHeard learned counsel for the applicants, learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant material placed before me.\n<\/p>\n
\t\tLearned counsel for the applicants submits that the challan has been filed.\n<\/p>\n
\t\tConsidering the rival submissions and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it proper to release the accused  applicant on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n
\t\tIt is, therefore, ordered that the applicants Rakesh S\/o shri Prakash, Ashok Kumar S\/o Shri Satyaveer and Amit S\/o shri Bijendra in FIR No.406\/2009 registered at Police Station Pragpura,  be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000\/- together with two surety  bonds in the amount of Rs.10,000\/-   each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.\n<\/p>\n
