No 13719 of 2008\n                 --------------------------------------------------\n                       Dated this the 5th June 2008\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Though the petitioner has now retired from service                and<\/p>\n<p>therefore the relief prayed for in the writ petition does not survive,<\/p>\n<p>there is some grievance for the petitioner that the District Educational<\/p>\n<p>Officer has passed Ext P6 order contrary to and in disobeyance of<\/p>\n<p>the stay order passed by this court on 09.05.2008.                   I am not<\/p>\n<p>rendering any finding on that question. Leaving open the rights of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner to question the propriety of passing an order like Ext P6<\/p>\n<p>at the appropriate forum this writ petition is closed as the reliefs<\/p>\n<p>prayed for have become infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                        K.T.
