S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>The petition for condonation of delay of 197 days in filing the<br \/>\nproposed appeal  has been preferred by the petitioner. From the<br \/>\nrecord it appears that the counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nappellant in the original writ petition was elevated as a High Court<br \/>\nJudge, and later on applicant could come to know of the order from<br \/>\nthe Registry of the High Court.  It is stated that the applicant<br \/>\ntried to find out whether any notice was received from the Registry,<br \/>\nbut no such notice could be traced out and therefore, appeal could<br \/>\nnot be preferred within the time.  Notices were served on the<br \/>\nrespondents.  No affidavit has been filed opposing the prayer.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard counsel for the parties and on being satisfied with the<br \/>\ngrounds, we condone the delay of 197 days in preferring the appeal.<br \/>\nCivil Application No.8117 of 2010 stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t(S.J.
