No. 1566\/07<\/p>\n<p>       This is an  application  to condone the delay  of  344 days in<\/p>\n<p>filing the  appeal.   It  is seen  that the appeal  is  filed against the<\/p>\n<p>judgment   and   decree   in   L.A.R.No.17\/2002   on   the   file   of   the<\/p>\n<p>Additional   Sub   Court,   North   Paravur.     Acquisition   is   for   the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of widening of National Highway between Angamaly and<\/p>\n<p>Aluva.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.   It is seen that the enhancement given by the reference<\/p>\n<p>court   has   become   final   by   judgment   of   this   Court   in<\/p>\n<p>L.A.A.No.854\/2006.
