Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\t\t\t\t\n\tFor petitioner         :  No appearance\n\t\t\n\tFor respondent       :  Mr.Sivashanmugam\n\t\t\t     Government Advocate.\n\n                            -----                           \n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t Original Application No.5975  of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying  to  issue direction directing the respondents to regularise the services of the applicant in the post of Night Watchman or in any appropriate post in the respondent Union so as to enable the applicant to become a regular employee of the respondent union on a time scale of pay.    Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  No appearance for the petitioner.  Considering the nature of relief sought for as above,   it is not clear whether the petitioner has been granted the benefit as prayed for in the Original Application filed in the year 1999 seeking regularisation.  If the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation for appropriate relief to the respondent within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent shall consider and dispose off the same on merits and in accordance with law within two months thereafter.    The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
