A modified order has<\/p>\n<p>been passed by this Court on 08\/04\/2009. Therefore, the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>for the contesting respondents submits that the review petition has become<\/p>\n<p>unnecessary. It will be open to the review petitioner to seek appropriate<\/p>\n<p>modifications of the orders in the writ petition itself if the review petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is aggrieved by the orders subsequently passed.
