Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                       Magadh University P.S. Case No.55 of 2010 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                       Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither named in the<\/p>\n<p>                       First Information Report nor he has committed any offence.<\/p>\n<p>                       In fact, on the alleged date of occurrence, the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                       at Patna and he was on way to Ranchi alongwith his<\/p>\n<p>                       relatives. In support of its submission, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                       the petitioner has enclosed the copy of the Railway Ticket<\/p>\n<p>                       contained in Annexure-&#8216;2&#8217; to this application.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The allegation is that on the alleged date of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       occurrence when the informant was going on his motorcycle,<\/p>\n<p>       two unknown persons riding on the motorcycle assaulted<\/p>\n<p>       him by bottle on his head causing injury to him.<\/p>\n<p>                 It appears from the order of the learned 6 th<\/p>\n<p>       Additional Sessions, Gaya, rejecting the prayer for bail of the<\/p>\n<p>       petitioner that the name of the petitioner has come during the<\/p>\n<p>       course of investigation and the injury caused to the informant<\/p>\n<p>       was grievous in nature caused by sharp cutting weapon.<\/p>\n<p>                 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>       case, the petitioner, Binod Kumar, is directed to be released<\/p>\n<p>       on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees<\/p>\n<p>       Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>       the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in<\/p>\n<p>       connection with Magadh University P.S.
