Case No. 211 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2007 is still lying before a vacant court in the Judgeship of<\/p>\n<p>                  Khagaria. If it is like that, the Sessions Judge, Khagaria, shall<\/p>\n<p>                  immediately transfer the case to any court which is being<\/p>\n<p>                  presided over by a Judge of the longest stay at Khagaria.<\/p>\n<p>                                It appears from the rejection order that all public<\/p>\n<p>                  witnesses have been examined and the Investigating Officer of<\/p>\n<p>                  the case is only left to be examined.
