(C) No. 10350 OF 2010\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n             Dated this the 16th day of August, 2010\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            The petitioner was appointed as UPSA on 2.6.2008<\/p>\n<p>in the 4th respondent&#8217;s School. However, the said appointment<\/p>\n<p>was not approved. The order of her appointment was declined<\/p>\n<p>to be approved as per Ext.P2.                     Aggrieved by Ext.P2 the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 revision petition under Rule 92<\/p>\n<p>of Chapter XIV A of the Kerala Education Rules before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent.     When this matter came up for admission on<\/p>\n<p>26.3.2010,      this Court after adverting                       to the relevant<\/p>\n<p>provisions    under the KER found that the remedy of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is to prefer an appeal against Ext.P2. After the<\/p>\n<p>institution of this writ petition, the petitioner has preferred<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P8 appeal before the District Educational Officer. Ext.P8<\/p>\n<p>is a statutory appeal preferred against Ext.P2. In the said<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, without making any observation as to the<\/p>\n<p>merits of the contention raised by the petitioner in this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition, it is disposed of with a direction to the additional 5th<\/p>\n<p>respondent      to    consider         and       pass      orders      on Ext.P8<\/p>\n<p>WPC.No.10350\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of two months from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment with notice to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner and the 4th respondent.<\/p>\n<p>                                           Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   (C.T.
