\n Bangalore, conveyed to the petitioner undr<\/p>\n
NO.TCF.1690\/71-72, date\u00e9 10.1.1973, as per Arlnexure<\/p>\n

two acres in Sy.No.78\/7 of Sarakki viilage. The <\/p>\n
lands were purchased pursuant to the registered’ \u00ab’ it <\/p>\n
deeds. It is not in dispute that pursuant to  <\/p>\n
noti\ufb01cation dated 27.05.1970 gaze’tted’-Aogi ido1.o6;mAa,iL 3<\/p>\n
the land belonging to the petitioner  sought   <\/p>\n
acquixted for the purpose of ” ‘idydut now

\nAcquisition O\ufb01icer’.petssed”‘\u00a3dh1  1972 and
\nthe possessien iof   over on
