No.616 of 2011\n                                     VIJAY YADAV\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   14.02.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajgir<\/p>\n<p>                 (Chhabilapur) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2010 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                 sections-147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 302 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                 and section-27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner is said to be main assailant and allegedly,<\/p>\n<p>                 he committed the murder of deceased by opening fire on him.<\/p>\n<p>                             Although learned counsel for the petitioner tried to<\/p>\n<p>                 convince me about the innocence of the petitioner but I am not<\/p>\n<p>                 at all convinced with the submissions advanced on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, Vijay<\/p>\n<p>                 Yadav stands rejected. However, the perusal of impugned order<\/p>\n<p>                 reveals that the case of the petitioner has already been<\/p>\n<p>                 committed to the court of sessions.
