JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 28\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been<br \/>\nfiled with the following prayers:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(A)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS may be pleased to admit and allow this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other<br \/>\nappropriate writ, order or directions directing the Respondents to<br \/>\noperate the select list prepared by them in the year 2003 figuring<br \/>\nthe name of the Petitioner by directing them to appoint the<br \/>\nPetitioner on the post of Anganwadi Worker.\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)\tPending<br \/>\nadmission, hearing and final disposal of the petition, YOUR LORDSHIPS<br \/>\n may be pleased to direct the Respondents to operate the<br \/>\nselect list prepared by them in the year 2003 figuring the name of<br \/>\nthe Petitioner by directing them to appoint the Petitioner on the<br \/>\npost of Anganwadi Worker.\n<\/p>\n<p>(D)\tYOUR<br \/>\nLORDSHIPS may be pleased to grant any other and further reliefs as<br \/>\nmay be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAt<br \/>\nthe very outset, Mr. Nirzar S.
