KRISHNAN, J\n                        -----------------------\n                   CRL.M.C.No. 653 OF 2009\n                   ---------------------------------\n             Dated this the 13th day of February, 2009\n\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This petition is field for a prayer to direct the learned<\/p>\n<p>Judicial First Class Magistrate -II, Pathanamthitta to grant bail on<\/p>\n<p>the day of surrender itself to scure the ends of justice. A perusal<\/p>\n<p>of the petition would show that the offence is of the year 1985 is<\/p>\n<p>pending as a long pending case from 1985 onwards and now after<\/p>\n<p>a gap of about 23 years after the transfer to the L.P register, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner wants to surrender before the court and face the trial.<\/p>\n<p>At least he has chosen to do it now.         I do not want to say<\/p>\n<p>anything further. The learned Judicial First Class Magistrate -II,<\/p>\n<p>Pathanamthitta shall consider the bail application in case of<\/p>\n<p>surrender    or   when    brought    arrested    in L.P.2\/1988    as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p>      The Crl.M.C is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           M.N.
