Justice K.T.SANKARAN\n\n Dated :02\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                K.T.SANKARAN, J.\n          ------------------------------\n             W.P.(C).No.35154 OF 2010\n          ------------------------------\n                      nd\n      Dated this the 2  day of December, 2010\n\n\n\n\n                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The petitioners and late Sarojini filed Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>application dated 14.9.2007 before the District<\/p>\n<p>Educational Officer for change of management in<\/p>\n<p>respect   of    Ambedkar     Memorial   L.P.School,<\/p>\n<p>Kallimoottukani.  That application was rejected by<\/p>\n<p>the District Educational Officer as per Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>order dated 7.9.2009.    Challenging Ext.P7 order,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners and late Sarojini filed Ext.P8<\/p>\n<p>                   th<br \/>\nrevision  dated  30     October,  2009  before  the<\/p>\n<p>Government.  Ext.P8 is pending disposal.<\/p>\n<p>    2. The  relief sought for by the petitioners at<\/p>\n<p>present is to issue a direction to the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent  to  consider   and  dispose  of  Ext.P8<\/p>\n<p>revision expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>    3.   Heard  the    learned   counsel  for   the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C).No.35154 OF 2010    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.<\/p>\n<p>    In the facts and circumstances of the case, the<\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent    to   consider  and   dispose  of  Ext.P8<\/p>\n<p>                    th<br \/>\nrevision dated 30      October, 2009, as expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>as possible, and at any rate within a period of<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>the judgment, after affording an opportunity of<\/p>\n<p>                                                    th<br \/>\nbeing   heard    to   the   petitioners  and  the  4<\/p>\n<p>respondent.    The petitioners shall produce a copy<\/p>\n<p>of the Writ Petition and certified copy of the<\/p>\n<p>judgment    before     the   first   respondent.
