Mohapatra, J.<\/p>\n<p>1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. The order passed by the Registrar, Civil Courts, Balangir dated 5.4.2007 rejecting an application filed by the petitioner for supply of Oriya copy of the judgment in C.S. No. 10 of 2006 is under challenge.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. From the order in Annexure-2 it appears that the Registrar, Civil Courts, Balangir rejected the petition solely on the ground that there is no such provision. Learned Counsel for the petitioner relies upon Section 137(3) of the Code of Civil Procedure and submits that under the said provision, Oriya copy of the judgment could be delivered to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
