P. Tanna and learned Counsel Mr. A. J. Shastri<br \/>\nsubmitted that, without prejudice to their rights and contentions,<br \/>\nrespondents concerned shall hand over an offer of compromise in<br \/>\nwriting to learned advocate for the appellants for consideration<br \/>\nthereof.  Learned Senior Counsel Mr. S. B. Vakil appearing with<br \/>\nlearned Counsel Ms. Bhaya stated, on instruction, that the appellants<br \/>\nshall consider the proposal for compromise proposed to be made by the<br \/>\nrespondents and a responsible Officer from the office of the<br \/>\nappellants, not below the rank of Additional General Manager, shall<br \/>\nremain personally present on the next date of hearing for instructing<br \/>\nlearned Counsel and communicating the partial, full or conditional<br \/>\nacceptance of the proposal of the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis noted that inspite of repeated opportunities, learned<br \/>\nCounsel Ms. Bhaya has not been able to attend the hearing on the<br \/>\nground that she is busy in another Court.
