Counsel   for   the   appellants   however<\/p>\n<p>referred   to   Ext.P4   order,   which   says   that   persons   who   are<\/p>\n<p>specially   trained   as   DTP   operator   and     Offset   Operators   could<\/p>\n<p>continue   in   their   post.     We   are   of   the   view   that   these   are   all<\/p>\n<p>matters to be  considered by the transferring authority depending<\/p>\n<p>upon the exigencies of service.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      Counsel   for   the   appellants   submitted   that   Exhibits   P7<\/p>\n<p>and P8 are pending before the first respondent.
