It is<br \/>\n\tpointed out that meetings of shareholders was dispensed with by this<br \/>\n\tCourt by an order dated 16.12.2010. There are no secured creditors.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tthe petition, it is also submitted that the scheme of amalgamation<br \/>\n\tis framed in view of the increasing competition globalization and is<br \/>\n\tto provide better services and products at a more competitive rate.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe above aspects, petition is admitted. To be placed for hearing on<br \/>\n\t31st January, 2011.
