Both the parties were heard on 11.09.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.       During the hearing, the details of information asked for and replies given by<br \/>\nthe respondent were discussed. It emerged that the PIOs have duly replied and<br \/>\nfurnished the information on the basis of available records. While the appellant was<br \/>\nlargely satisfied, he pleaded for inspection of relevant records, to which the PIOs<br \/>\nconceded.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>3.       As agreed between the parties, the appellant should be allowed to inspect the<br \/>\nrelevant records. He should also be allowed to obtain copies of the specified<br \/>\ndocuments as per the provisions of the Act. Both the parties should mutually decide<br \/>\na convenient date and time for inspection of the relevant records and files within 15<br \/>\nworking days from the date of issue of this decision.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             If you don&#8217;t ask, you don&#8217;t get &#8211; Mahatma Gandhi<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                              1<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p> 4.
