DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 23\/09\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tBy<br \/>\norder dated 22.07.2010, this Court directed the petitioner to pay<br \/>\nRs.3,000\/- p.m to respondent towards maintenance against the impugned<br \/>\norder dated 06.04.2009 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge,<br \/>\nVijapur by which the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.5,000\/- p.m.  <\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis stated at the Bar by learned advocate for the respondent that even<br \/>\nthe amount of Rs.3,000\/- p.m, as ordered by this Court, is also not<br \/>\npaid by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, this petition is dismissed.
