Learned<br \/>\nAdvocate, Mr.Joshi, for the applicant submitted that as there was<br \/>\nmarriage, he could not undertake repairing work of the house<br \/>\nimmediately, but when the repairing work was undertaken, it was found<br \/>\nto be a major re-construction of his house. In support of the<br \/>\napplication, he has annexed as many as 22 photographs  showing the<br \/>\ndifferent stages of repairing, initially removing the old plaster and<br \/>\nlater on undertaking the new plastering work. Besides, learned<br \/>\nAdvocate, Mr.Joshi submitted that this is for the first time when he<br \/>\nis released on temporary bail and though major part of the earlier<br \/>\nbail period is over, no untoward incident is reported and he<br \/>\nrequested that taking into consideration the present status of<br \/>\nconstruction and repairing of house, temporary bail may be extended.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.Shah, learned Additional Public<br \/>\nProsecutor for respondent State waives service of notice of Rule.<br \/>\nMr.Shah, made available for perusal the jail remarks.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.1\t\tAt<br \/>\nthis juncture, learned Advocate, Mr.Vyas, appearing for the original<br \/>\ncomplainant expresses apprehension that as the present applicant is<br \/>\non temporary bail, other two co-accused persons are also out of jail,<br \/>\none on furlough and another on temporary bail, then it may ignite<br \/>\nsome trouble at the village.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.2\t\tThe<br \/>\napprehension is not found with any substance, in light of the fact<br \/>\nthat the convicts are undergoing sentence imposed in Sessions Case<br \/>\nNo.54 of 2007, which necessarily means that incident must be more<br \/>\nthan four years old and the Court has already imposed<br \/>\ncondition of reporting at the nearest Police Station which in<br \/>\nconsideration of this Court is sufficient to check of their<br \/>\nbehaviour.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the application is allowed.  The<br \/>\ntemporary bail granted by this Court by order dated 12\/05\/2011 is<br \/>\nextended upto 1st<br \/>\nAugust, 2011 from the date of expiry of earlier temporary bail period<br \/>\non the same terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.1\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant &#8211;
