RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, JJ.\n                  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                          D.B.A. NO. 72 OF 2008\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n             DATED THIS, THE 26TH DAY OF JUNE, 2008.\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>             As per order dated 8.2.2006 in DBA 98\/2005, this Court<\/p>\n<p>permitted creation of two additional Divisional Accountants, one post of<\/p>\n<p>Junior Superintendent and one post of Head Accountant on a temporary<\/p>\n<p>basis for one year enabling the Devaswom Board to approach this Court for<\/p>\n<p>continuing the post in case necessity arises.     The present application is<\/p>\n<p>filed virtually seeking to continue the post in the same manner though the<\/p>\n<p>prayer made in the application is for creation of post.<\/p>\n<p>      2. We have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on<\/p>\n<p>behalf of the Local Fund. In the light of the order passed by this court in<\/p>\n<p>DBA 98\/2005 and in view of the continued necessity pointed out in the<\/p>\n<p>affidavit filed along with the application, we permit continuance of those<\/p>\n<p>posts for a period of one year purely on provisional basis after an artificial<\/p>\n<p>break for a few days.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The DBA is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                              P.R.
