No.28058 of 2011\n                                   Rakesh Kumar\n                                       Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   15.09.2011                      Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to<\/p>\n<p>                      implead the complainant\/ informant as opposite party no.2 in this<\/p>\n<p>                      application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Issue notice to the opposite party no.2.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Requisites under registered cover with A.D. as also<\/p>\n<p>                      under ordinary process must be filed within ten days, failing which,<\/p>\n<p>                      this application, as against her, shall stand rejected without further<\/p>\n<p>                      reference to the Bench.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Rule is made returnable within three months.<\/p>\n<p>                                     In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken<\/p>\n<p>                      against the petitioner in connection with C.A.
