No. 3589 OF 2008\n                  -----------------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 14th day of October, 2008\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Crl.M.C No.3589\/08 is filed by accused No.1 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.597\/08 of Mathilakam Police Station to quash the said crime<\/p>\n<p>registered at the Mathilakam Police Station. W.P(C) No.27919\/08<\/p>\n<p>is filed by the complainant\/informant in the said crime, complaining<\/p>\n<p>about the inadequate investigation conducted in that crime. The<\/p>\n<p>learned Prosecutor after taking instructions submits that both<\/p>\n<p>these petitions are now unnecessary and infructuous in as much<\/p>\n<p>as the investigation in Crime No.597\/08 of Mathilakam Police<\/p>\n<p>Station has already been completed and a negative final report<\/p>\n<p>has already been filed. It is in these circumstances prayed that<\/p>\n<p>both these petitions may now be dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>       2. I find that the said stand of the Prosecutor is absolutely<\/p>\n<p>justified. Crl.MC No.3589\/08 has now become totally unnecessary<\/p>\n<p>as the investigation in the crime is closed with a negative final<\/p>\n<p>report. So far as WP(C):27919\/08 is concerned, the same can<\/p>\n<p>also be dismissed reserving the rights of the petitioner to raise his<\/p>\n<p>objections against the negative final report that has already been<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) 27919\/08<br \/>\nAND Crl.M.C: 3589 OF 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>filed before the Magistrate.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. In the result, Crl.M.C 3589\/08 and WP(C) 27919\/08 are<\/p>\n<p>both dismissed with the above observations.<\/p>\n<p>                                         R.
