Petitioner is not named in the<\/p>\n<p>                 first information report. It is alleged that 8 to 10 people raided the house<\/p>\n<p>                 of the informant committing dacoity and walked away, apart from others,<\/p>\n<p>                 with jewelleries. On a confession by one co-accused, petitioner&#8217;s name<\/p>\n<p>                 also transpired and petitioner was arrested and it is alleged that from the<\/p>\n<p>                 possession of petitioner, a locket was recovered which was put on test<\/p>\n<p>                 identification parade and identified by the informant. Learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner states and draws attention of the Court to the fact that three<\/p>\n<p>                 persons were arrested simultaneously with the petitioner. From all their<\/p>\n<p>                 pockets, lockets were recovered. As per the first information report, only<\/p>\n<p>                 one locket was stolen. It would be the submission of the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for the petitioner that there is strong reason for false implication inasmuch<\/p>\n<p>                 as a few days earlier, there was serious differences between the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner&#8217;s father and the Officer-in-charge in relation to demand of<\/p>\n<p>                 licence for selling of crackers on the eve of Diwali. In this relation, a<\/p>\n<p>                 Sanha was also lodged against the Officer-in-charge by the father of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner on 03.11.2010 itself almost ten days prior to the occurrence.<\/p>\n<p>                               Be that as it may, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to<\/p>\n<p>                 be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     2<\/span><br \/>\n          Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>          Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj Police Station Case No<\/p>\n<p>          440 of 2010 subject to the condition that the father of the petitioner would<\/p>\n<p>          be one of the sureties.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>M.E.H.\/                                       (Navaniti Prasad Singh)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
