Of<br \/>\nU.P.\n<\/p>\n<p>Had it been known that the auditorium would be utilized for political activities, the permission<br \/>\nwould have not been granted, as there is no provision for such activities. Thus, in future also the<br \/>\nuse of auditorium for such purpose does not arise.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appellate Authority Ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p>The first appellate authority on 25\/08\/2008 gave revised categorical answer to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant facts emerging during hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present.\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Absent<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Ajay Kumar PIO<br \/>\n The respondent admits that the auditorium was given for a Zonal conference of Brahman Samaj<br \/>\nand Bahujan Samaj Party. He has given the letter from Mr.Sunil Kumar Shukla of the BSP.
