GIRI , J\n            ==========================\n                   W.P.(C) NO. 27245 OF 2007\n            ==========================\n          Dated this the 11th day of September, 2007.\n\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner, who serves as a driver in C.R.P.F is<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved by the fact that he is now required to report at Jammu<\/p>\n<p>&amp; Kashmir, before his representation seeking continued posting<\/p>\n<p>at the Group Centre at Pallipuram, is looked into and appropriate<\/p>\n<p>decision in that regard taken by the Director General, the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.  I have heard learned Standing Counsel appearing on<\/p>\n<p>behalf of the respondents as well.       Posting of personnel in<\/p>\n<p>Paramilitary Forces is done by the competent authority taking<\/p>\n<p>note of the requirements which fall in different parts of the<\/p>\n<p>country.   Even the norms relating to transfer formulated in<\/p>\n<p>respect of civil servants do not confer any right on a Government<\/p>\n<p>servant to resist an order of transfer.           The ground for<\/p>\n<p>interference under Article 226, with such orders are extremely<\/p>\n<p>limited. It is more so in the case of members of Paramilitary<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No. 27245\/2007          : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Forces and they will have to abide by the requirements assessed<\/p>\n<p>by the superior officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find<\/p>\n<p>any ground to interfere on Ext.P1.          Nevertheless the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent may take an appropriate decision on Ext.P3 within a<\/p>\n<p>period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment and if it is found that the petitioner could be<\/p>\n<p>accommodated in the Group Centre, C.R.P.F, Pallippuram, it is<\/p>\n<p>open to the 4th respondent to take appropriate decision in that<\/p>\n<p>regard.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                                      V.
