An application is required to be<br \/>\nfiled for bringing heirs and legal representatives of deceased<br \/>\npetitioner no. 1.  Then a Civil Application seeking condonation of<br \/>\ndelay therein.  Similarly, an application for bringing heirs and<br \/>\nlegal representatives of respondent<br \/>\nno. 7 on record.  Again a<br \/>\nCivil Application seeking condonation of delay caused therein.<br \/>\nSeparate applications are required to be filed for brining heirs and<br \/>\nlegal representations on record and for condonation of delay.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr. Shalin Mehta submits that all the three petitioners have<br \/>\nexpired.  The last one was petitioner no. 1, who expired on 3rd<br \/>\nAugust 2005, the petitioner no. 2 is reported to have expired before<br \/>\nnine years.  So far as the petitioner no. 3 is concerned, the learned<br \/>\nadvocate is not able to trace out as to where the petitioner no. 3<br \/>\nis, and therefore, a request is made that he should, now, be<br \/>\ntransposed as respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tAll<br \/>\nthese prayers cannot be considered in one Civil Application.  The<br \/>\nCivil Application is disposed of with a liberty to file separate<br \/>\nCivil Applications for every reliefs sought.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tRule<br \/>\nis discharged.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
