Appellant filed Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 2nd respondent. The only prayer is to<\/p>\n<p>direct the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation.<\/p>\n<p>Hence we dispose of this appeal directing the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider Ext.P5 representation as expeditiously as possible<\/p>\n<p>untrammeled by the observations in the judgment.
