No.17303 of 2010\n                                      MANJU DEVI\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   14.6.2010                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The defence of the petitioner in a Police case<\/p>\n<p>                 under Sections 302\/34 of the Penal Code is that the<\/p>\n<p>                 F.I.R. is against four unknown with no reference to the<\/p>\n<p>                 presence of a woman. The impugned order of rejection<\/p>\n<p>                 from the case diary notices only suspicion against the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering that the petitioner being a lady,<\/p>\n<p>                 not named, let the petitioner above named surrender in<\/p>\n<p>                 the Court below within a period of four weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                 today when she shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail<\/p>\n<p>                 on   furnishing     bail   bonds   of   Rs.   20,000\/-(twenty<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                 the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria<\/p>\n<p>                 in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S.
