Dabhi, learned APP for<br \/>\nthe applicant-State of Gujarat and on perusal of the impugned<br \/>\njudgement and order dated 9.11.2009 rendered in Sessions Case No. 205<br \/>\nof 2008 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadodara, acquitting<br \/>\nthe respondents-accused of the offences under Section 302 etc. of the<br \/>\nIndian Penal Code, according to us, this is a fit case to grant leave<br \/>\nto file appeal.
