Public<\/p>\n<p>                     Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner, who is in custody in Sasaram ( Darigaon)<\/p>\n<p>                     P.S. Case No.597 of 2010 for the offences under Sections 394 and<\/p>\n<p>                     411 of the Indian Penal Code since 12.8.2010, has prayed for grant<\/p>\n<p>                     of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In the case, the informant&#8217;s motorcycle was forcibly taken<\/p>\n<p>                     away by the accused persons on the point of pistol. Subsequently,<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner was arrested along with the said motorcycle and<\/p>\n<p>                     thereafter he made confession before the police.<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner had virtually purchased the said motorcycle from one<\/p>\n<p>                     Bipin Singh. It was further submitted that the petitioner is having<\/p>\n<p>                     clean antecedent.
