Petitioner is a young boy, aged about 21 years<br \/>\nand the daughter of the complainant is aged about 20 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tIn<br \/>\naddition to the above, I have also perused the statement of the girl<br \/>\nrecorded by the police. Considering<br \/>\nthe above, prima facie,<br \/>\naspects of the matter, in the facts and circumstances of the case,<br \/>\nthe petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in connection with<br \/>\nC.R. NO. I-166\/2010,<br \/>\nregistered with RADHANPUR<br \/>\nPOLICE STATION,<br \/>\nDistrict : Patan, for the offences punishable under Sections-366 and<br \/>\n114, on his furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Rupees Ten Thousand),<br \/>\nwith one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower<br \/>\nCourt and subject to the conditions that, he shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>(1).\t\tnot take undue<br \/>\nadvantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>(2).\t\tnot act in a<br \/>\nmanner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>(3).\t\tmaintain law and<br \/>\norder;\n<\/p>\n<p>(4).\t\tmark his presence<br \/>\nbefore the concerned Police Station on every 1st and 15th<br \/>\nday of English Calendar month between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;\n<\/p>\n<p>(5).\t\tnot leave the<br \/>\nState of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions  Judge<br \/>\nconcerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>(6).\t\tfurnish the<br \/>\naddress of his residence at the time of execution of the bond and<br \/>\nshall not change the residence without prior permission of  this<br \/>\nCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p>(7).\t\tsurrender his<br \/>\npassport, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed,  the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free  to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
