 aforesaid hliherty granted to the petitioner, the State<\/p>\n

‘  restricting the grant of permission for the Stock yard<\/p>\n
I only to the mine owners and those who have processing<\/p>\n
plants. A circular dated 13.8.2010 was accordingiy<\/p>\n
issued by the Director, Department of Mines and<\/p>\n

2. Based on the order dated
\nthe State Government. as also. __the   dated if
\n13.8.2010 passed by the Director,   <\/p>\n
and Geology; the DeputyV__fiD.irector:_ (Mpin.es’},._:””H~ospet,Vi’<\/p>\n
passed an order dated 25.pA\u20ac-.’-._.\u00bb:V?;(“;ipv1_(J”canceling  stock
\nyard permission I Through the
\ninstant writ   assailed the
\ncancellation”    The solitary
\n tfhevlearned counsel for the
\npetitiov)’f;.er”i’s,’  order dated 25.8.2010<\/p>\n
adverselyffftaffectst the..vciizii rights of the petitioner. It is<\/p>\n
 accoi\u00ab*dirigly sutimi-t.ted, that the aforesaid order could<\/p>\n
  =hav.e*  passed by respondent no.3 without<\/p>\n
foiiotvhvfingf fules of natural justice. In this behalf it is<\/p>\n
‘gsubmitted. that no notice whatsoever was issued to the<\/p>\n
ffpetitioner informing him the basis for canceling the<\/p>\n
  stbckyard permission. It is further pointed out that no<\/p>\n
 opportunity was afforded to the petitioner to respond to<\/p>\n
any such determination at the hands of the<\/p>\n
respondents.\n<\/p>\n

the factual position noticed herein above}<\/p>\n
accordingly states that the impugned  <\/p>\n
25.8.2010 be treated as a sho’w~–cau–se <\/p>\n
liberty to the petitioner to respond  tlhells’a.rrieu <\/p>\n
period of two weeks from    on’<\/p>\n
receipt of the reply  by the the competent<\/p>\n
authority would pass an .order7in a.ceoi=da’r1ce with law.<\/p>\n

\ncounsel l–forTtlfle:re3spondents;’wire”;hereby direct that the
\nimpugned shall be treated only<\/p>\n
as a show\ufb01aiise~_noticeu7issued by the Deputy Director<\/p>\n
to the” petitioner. The petitioner shall have<\/p>\n
 to the same within two weeks from<\/p>\n
  the respondent shall be free to pass<\/p>\n

5. Since the impugned order dated 25.8.2010 is to<\/p>\n
 be treated as a show cause notice (in terms of the<\/p>\n
submission made at the hands of the learned counsel

the land in question as a stock yard till a \ufb01nal order is<\/p>\n
