BASANT, J.\n\n                             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                              Crl.M.C.No.  727 of   2007\n\n                             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                       Dated this the 21st day of   March, 2007\n\n\n                                          O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The     short   grievance   of   the   petitioner   is   that   C.C.No.833   of   2003<\/p>\n<p>pending   before   the   J.F.C.M.-I,     Hosdurg   is   not   disposed   of   so   far   by   the<\/p>\n<p>learned   Magistrate.     Report   was   called   for.     The   report   of   the   learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate shows that every attempt shall be made to dispose of the case as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously   as   possible.     The   case   now   stands   posted   for   trial   to<\/p>\n<p>30.3.2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.   In the light of the report of the learned Magistrate, I am satisfied<\/p>\n<p>that no further directions need be issued in this Crl.M.C.  I accept the report<\/p>\n<p>of the learned Magistrate.  I expect the learned Magistrate to dispose of the<\/p>\n<p>case in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>a period of two months from 30.3.2007 and report compliance to this court.<\/p>\n<p>       3.     This   Crl.M.C.   is   hence   dismissed   subject   to   the   above<\/p>\n<p>observations\/directions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                (R.
