Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioners have been made accused in a case<\/p>\n<p>                        under section 307 and other allied sections       of the I.P.C. and<\/p>\n<p>                        under the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioners submit that in fact it was police who<\/p>\n<p>                        fired causing injury to petitioner Chhotelal and to shield<\/p>\n<p>                        themselves, they planted story of theft and recovery of Arms<\/p>\n<p>                        against the accused side. Police did not seize any stolen article.<\/p>\n<p>                                    In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioners as above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                        Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                        amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                        Rohtas at Sasaram in Dehri (Dalmianagar) Police Station Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                        192 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Shashi.
